If the cardholder of China Merchants Bank reports the loss of his credit card, please call the credit card customer service hotline 4008205555 and select "2#" to transfer it to the customer service specialist. If the credit card is lost, stolen or occupied by others, the risk of theft of the cardholder after reporting the loss shall be borne by the bank, and the non-password consumption within 48 hours before reporting the loss shall enjoy the protection of card loss according to the prescribed rules. If the card is not reported in time, the risk will be borne by the customer.

2. 60 yuan/card for loss reporting. Once the credit card is reported lost, it will take effect immediately and is irrevocable (VISA MINI size card can report the loss separately or at the same time, with a charge of 60 yuan/time).

3. After the loss is reported, the new card number and the three digits on the back of the card will change, but the account information will remain unchanged. The type of the card is the same as that of the original card, and you can receive repayment.

4. If the card is reported lost within half a year after its expiration, the validity of the new card will be automatically extended for 5 years after the loss is reported.

5. It takes 2 working days to make a new card after the loss is reported, and it can be sent by Fengda free express (about 1 week) or EMS express (about 48 hours). The loss reporting fee and courier fee are included in the next bill.
