A number of banks have issued announcements to clarify the use of credit card funds, which shall not be used in non-consumption areas such as production and operation, fixed assets investment, equity investment and cash-out, except for the daily consumption of cardholders.
Some banks claim that if the cardholder conducts transactions beyond the normal capital use of the credit card, the bank will take control measures including but not limited to reducing the amount, stopping payment, freezing and locking the card.
