Hello, credit card cash withdrawals are subject to handling fees and interest: the cash withdrawal handling fee is 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 30RMB or 3USD. The daily cash withdrawal amount shall not exceed 2,000RMB domestically and 1,000USD overseas. The interest is 0.5% per day, and there is no interest-free repayment period for cash withdrawals.
