There are many conditions, just meet any of the following:

1. Bachelor degree or above, you can apply with a diploma. 2. If you are a formal civil servant or an employee of a public institution or bank, just present your ID card. 3. If the registered capital of the work unit is more than 5 million, the unit can issue an income certificate. 4. If you or your spouse have real estate or car property in your name, you can present the real estate certificate or driving license. If you don’t have a real estate certificate, a house purchase contract is also acceptable. If the real estate or car property is in the name of your spouse, a marriage certificate is required.
