Materials required for registration for individual travel to Japan

1. Materials provided:

Passport valid for more than half a year for personal reasons and five years, the last page of the passport "Person of the License" "Signature Office" must have your signature. School-age children can have their guardian sign on their behalf. If you are using a new passport, please provide your old passport at the same time.

(Student’s proof of enrollment or copy of student ID card).

A copy of the family’s household registration book (including the first page); a copy of the personal ID card. If the applicant is related but not in the same household registration book, notarization of the kinship relationship must be provided.

Two two-inch full-face, bareheaded color photos (white background).

Proof of personal property (at least 2 items below)

1) Copy of real estate certificate.

2) Original Chinese and English bank deposit certificate or copy of bank deposit slip (all pages) for more than 50,000 yuan.

3) Copy of car production or purchase invoice, etc.

4) Materials proving financial ability (such as personal income tax certificate or income certificate issued by the company where you work)

5) International credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB) are acceptable Provide proof of usage statements or credit card payments for travel expenses within the past 6 months.

6) Our company reserves the right to interview customers directly.

7. If the place of residence (place of work) and the place of passport issuance are inconsistent, the original temporary residence permit must be provided.
