CCB will immediately contact foreign card issuers to apply for an emergency replacement card for you and issue you a new card at the same time. When applying for an emergency replacement card, please confirm that you can stay in the same place for more than 48 hours so that the foreign card issuer can contact you in time and send the card.

Emergency replacement cards can only be collected by the cardholder himself, and a valid ID must be presented when signing for the card.
