Persons who have reached the age of one year, have full capacity for civil conduct, have a legal and stable source of income and have a good credit status may apply to the bank for a personal credit card master card with their valid identity documents. Personal credit card holders can apply for supplementary cards for their designated natural persons.

Two. Information to be submitted for credit card processing of Industrial Bank

1, ID card

China people:

(1), ID card or temporary id card copy (the new ID card needs to be copied on both sides, and the printed ID card reader is not allowed to be used as the identification document);

(2) The original or photocopy of the household registration certificate issued by the public security organ.

Overseas people:

(1), copy of passport;

(2) People from Hong Kong and Macao shall provide copies of Hong Kong and Macao residents travelling to and from the Mainland;

(3) Taiwan Province personnel shall provide a copy of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.

2. Work certification documents

(1), copy of work permit or work identity certificate;

(2) Original work certificate with official seal;

(3) the original business card;

(4) A copy of the labor contract within the validity period;

(5) The payment information page of social security, pension, housing accumulation fund and unemployment insurance can display the name of the customer and the name of the work unit, and the displayed work unit is consistent with the actual work unit of the customer.

3. Proof of income

(1), a copy of the personal income tax withholding certificate for the last three consecutive months;

(2) a copy of the salary table of the secret salary system for nearly three consecutive months;

(3) A copy of the transaction flow or passbook of the wage account for nearly three consecutive months;

(4) The original proof of income stamped with the official seal of the unit;

(5) The payment information page of social security, pension, housing accumulation fund and unemployment insurance can display the customer's name and payment base standard, thus reflecting the customer's monthly income.

4. Financial vouchers

(1), a copy of the property ownership certificate of the commercial house in my name or a copy of the purchase contract;

(2) A copy of the vehicle driving license in my name, a copy of the motor vehicle registration form, and a copy of the auto insurance policy of the insurance company.

Three. Matters needing attention in handling industrial bank credit card

1, and the identity document must be valid and clearly identifiable;

2. Project acceptance and income certificate stamped with the company's official seal: documents stamped with the company's official seal, personnel seal, financial seal and other official seals with personnel effect;

3. Soldiers holding ID cards must provide military officer's cards and copies of ID cards.

4. If the supporting documents are photocopies, please copy them on A4 paper.
