The following content cannot accumulate ICBC credit card points. If the accumulated points belong to the following content, they will be regarded as invalid points:
(1) Including but not limited to low-rate and zero-rate commercial , such as real estate, car sales, wholesale, public hospitals, public schools, finance, government agencies, charities, resident services and non-profit social services;
(2) Online consumption;
(3) Card consumption through third-party payment platform merchants;
(4) The consumption amount is less than 1 yuan (including conversion to foreign currency);
(5) Payment cycle Credit loan interest, annual fees, late payment fees, installment repayment fees and other fees stipulated in the "Peony Credit Card Use Agreement (Personal Card)";
(6) Through withholding Fees paid by credit card (including credit card repayment);
(7) If the goods or services purchased by credit card are returned for any reason, or the refunded items are returned due to disputes over the purchase order or other reasons, ICBC The corresponding points will be canceled based on the refunded items;
(8) As stated on the ICBC website, consumption transactions of the following merchant categories will not participate in point accumulation activities.
(9) Because the merchant or acquiring bank failed to install and use bank card acceptance equipment in accordance with China UnionPay regulations, or the merchant category code was incorrectly set, resulting in the accumulation of invalid points for transactions that should not be awarded points, ICBC The Bank has the right to cancel this part of the points; ICBC will not be held responsible if points are omitted or miscalculated due to reasons other than ICBC;
ICBC has the right to require cardholders to provide consumption transaction invoices, purchase vouchers, etc. Information to verify the authenticity of the relevant transactions, if the cardholder is suspected of using false transactions to obtain points. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has the right to refuse to accumulate transaction points and take measures such as freezing points, revoking points, freezing card use, and canceling cards when cardholders redeem points for cash through false transactions, and reserves the right to further pursue the case.
