Is it good or bad to have no credit history?
Without a credit record, users can't be shot dead. No credit history, there are good and bad. On the one hand, the lack of credit records means that users may not have any credit demand at ordinary times, and naturally there will be no credit records, which will not have much impact on users' application for some microfinance products. And no credit record is much better than overdue credit record. On the one hand, because the user's credit record is blank, when the user applies for bank credit products, the bank cannot review the applicant's repayment ability, capital status and performance ability through the credit report, so the bank will be more strict in reviewing the user's credit application, which will increase the difficulty for the user to borrow money.
As we all know, no credit record often refers to white households, but white households can also be subdivided into white households and pure white households, in which white households refer to people who have applied for loans or credit cards but have not been approved; Pure white households refer to people who have never applied for loans or credit cards in banks or financial institutions. From this perspective, no credit record does not mean that the user's credit record is good. In addition, there are many loan products that are forbidden to people with blank credit.
