I. Interest bearing

When the cardholder uses an ATM with the acceptance mark of Visa, MasterCard, JCB or American Express abroad to withdraw foreign currency cash, or when spending money in member institutions or special merchants outside these institutions, the transaction will be credited to his credit card foreign currency account, unless otherwise agreed between the card issuer and the cardholder; If the cardholder's overseas transactions are provided with RMB clearing service by China UnionPay, it will be credited to his credit card RMB account; When the cardholder withdraws cash from the business counters and ATMs of branches designated by China UnionPay and domestic card issuers, or spends money at special merchants of China UnionPay, China Merchants Bank or other domestic acquiring institutions, the transaction is credited to his credit card RMB account.

Second, repayment.

The card issuer will evaluate and adjust the cardholder's account overdraft interest rate and minimum repayment ratio according to the cardholder's credit status and card use records. The upper limit of account overdraft interest rate is five ten thousandths of the daily interest rate, and the lower limit of account overdraft interest rate is 0.7 times of the daily interest rate. The upper limit of the corresponding annualized interest rate is 18.250%, and the lower limit is 12.775% (the actual annualized interest rate may be different from the above-mentioned annualized interest rate due to different months and days and different repayment conditions of cardholders).

If the cardholder repays all the payable funds before the due repayment date (inclusive), the current non-cash transactions on the current bill shall enjoy interest-free treatment from the bank bookkeeping date to the due repayment date. The longest interest-free repayment period is 50 natural days, unless otherwise agreed by the card issuer and the applicant.

After the cash advance function of credit card is opened, the cardholder can withdraw cash from non-bank payment institutions, transfer money (through ATM, outlet counter, customer service hotline voice system, online banking, mobile banking, Pad bank and other channels that can provide cash services) or recharge cash in the payment account opened by himself, among which online banking, mobile banking and Pad bank are only used by the cardholder.

Credit card handling cash advance transactions (including cash withdrawal, cash transfer and cash recharge) does not enjoy interest-free repayment period. From the trading day of cash advance to the settlement date, the card issuer will charge interest at the daily interest rate approved by the card issuer, compound interest on a monthly basis, and charge cash advance fee according to the credit card charging standard of China Merchants Bank.

Cardholders can repay according to the minimum repayment amount stipulated by the card issuer. If the cardholder fails to repay in full before the due repayment date (inclusive), he will not enjoy the interest-free repayment period. The card issuer shall charge interest at the daily interest rate approved by the card issuer on the transaction funds (except cash advance) that the cardholder does not meet the interest-free conditions, and compound interest on a monthly basis. If there is any change in the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, the relevant provisions shall prevail.
