2. ICBC restrictions, because there are too many overseas purchases, ICBC ensures card security and will impose restrictions in the name of preventing overseas theft. This requires contacting the bank to remove the restriction.

3. Although it is all a VISA network problem.

VISA (commonly called Visa) International Organization (VISA INTERNATIONAL)

VISA International Organization is currently the largest credit card and traveler's check organization in the world.

The predecessor of Visa International was the Bank of America Credit Card Company established in 1900. In 1974, Bank of America Credit Card Company cooperated with some commercial banks in Western countries to establish the International Credit Card Service Company. In 1977, it was officially changed to VISA International Organization, becoming a global credit card association.

Visa International Organization owns brand trademarks such as VISA, ELECTRON, INTERLINK, PLUS and VISA CASH.

VISA International itself does not directly issue cards. VISA brand credit cards are issued by members (mainly banks) participating in Visa International.
