When you find your passbook (card or receipt) lost, stolen or robbed, you can report the loss in the following two ways:
Oral loss reporting:
1 Go to any nearby Bank of Communications savings outlets or notify them by phone or letter.
2. Effective information such as correct name, account number or deposit balance must be provided to the bank.
The time limit for oral loss reporting is 5 days. Within 5 days, you must go to the counter of any branch of Bank of Communications to go through the formal loss reporting formalities with your valid ID card.
If you can't report the loss officially due to business trip or other reasons, you must continue to report the loss orally by letter or telegram, otherwise the oral report will be invalid.
If you want to cancel the oral loss reporting, please bring your ID card to the original bank to cancel the oral loss reporting.
If you want to report the loss orally in telephone banking, you can cancel the call at any outlet.
Written loss report:
1 Report the loss to any branch of Bank of Communications with my identity certificate. If the agent is someone else, the identity certificate of the agent must also be provided.
Provide the bank with the depositor's name or account opening time, deposit type or amount or account number (card) and other related information.
Fill in the application for loss reporting in triplicate.
3. Keep the first report loss application returned by the manager. After 7 days, the depositor must apply for a new passbook (bill or card) or withdraw cash at the loss reporting bank with his copy and his identity certificate.
If the passbook of the rural credit cooperative is lost, I need to take my ID card to the issuing bank to reissue it. It usually takes seven days to reissue it. Please consult the handling bank for details.

If the bank card is lost, it can't be reissued in different places, but it can only be cancelled. If the bank card is still useful, it is best to reissue it at the location of the bank, and you can go to any outlet with your ID card. There are two ways for banks to reissue them. One is to open a new card, which is different from the original bank card number, and the other is to reissue the original number. Most of these methods need to wait a week or two. If you are in a hurry, you can change the number and reissue it. Not all banks can reissue the original number. You need to consult the bank customer service for details.

If the bank card is not very easy to use and there is no agreement with the loan, it is inconvenient for me to go back to the bank, so I can choose to cancel it in another place. To cancel a bank card, you need to bring a valid ID card, go to any bank outlet, get the number and wait in line for processing. If there is a balance in the card, the bank will withdraw the balance in cash when canceling.

Of course, if it is inconvenient to go to the bank and you don't want to cancel the bank card elsewhere, you can bind the bank card to Alipay or WeChat and withdraw the money. You can wait until you have time to go to the bank, or you can go home and look for more. After a big cleaning at home, you may find a bank card at home.

It's best to do business early, lest too many people wait too long. Banks usually go to work at 9 o'clock and get off work at 5 o'clock. They don't rest at noon, so it's best to get up early to do business. As for whether to go to work on weekends, you need to consult the bank customer service. Different banks have different rules.
