Dutch visa materials for visiting relatives
1, original passport; If you have an old passport, please provide it.

10, notarized certificate of kinship between the applicant and the inviter certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China (in Chinese and English format).

Original officially certified invitation letter, official invitation letter issued by local Dutch government.
