It has been more than a month since I applied for a Ping An Bank credit card. No application record can be found on the bank’s website. You can use other methods to check the application progress:

Call the credit card center to inquire;

You can go to the bank counter to make inquiries.

Basic process of credit card review:

Review the submitted materials: copy of identity document, original work certificate, original salary and income certificate, whether the application form is complete, if there are any deficiencies, Reminder to add;

Entering the credit reporting stage: verify whether the customer's identity information is consistent with the ID card information database, and query the personal credit reporting system;

Telephone verification: call the applicant and his/her location unit, verify that personal information and unit information are true and reliable;

After verification, the credit card will be sent;

The card is sent by registered mail by default. If you need to specify other couriers, you need to Contact the credit card center before issuing the card and make up for the express delivery price difference;

If it fails, you will be notified by phone or text message.
