You won't automatically cancel the card. If you return the card, you must call the CCB 400 credit card customer service hotline and find someone to formally return the card.

If the card is sent to you and you don't sign for it, it will generally be returned to CCB. CCB may mail it again. If you still haven't received it, or you still don't sign for it, then return it. If the card is left in CCB for a long time, they will destroy the card in a unified way, but the account has not been cancelled. Generally, magnetic stripe cards are valid for 5 years, and ic chip cards are valid for 8 years. If you don't contact CCB to handle this account within this validity period, the account will be automatically cancelled after the validity period.
