Yangchengtong Automatic Recharge Service is a Yangchengtong Recharge Service System independently developed by Guangzhou Yangchengtong Co., Ltd. Customers can bind Yangchengtong Card to a designated bank passbook (card) and touch Yangchengtong Card for 3 seconds on the automatic recharge machine to complete each recharge. China Construction Bank is one of the designated cooperative banks for Yangchengtong's automatic recharge business. In order to facilitate customers to bind the Yangchengtong Card, our bank specially launched the function of "Yangchengtong Binding" for telephone banking.

Business description

Customers can handle the service of binding and canceling the contract between CCB account and Yangchengtong account through China Construction Bank Guangdong Branch (excluding Shenzhen) 95533 manual service. After signing the contract successfully, the customer can directly use Yangchengtong to recharge at the designated terminal.

The customer dials 95533, presses 0- 1 to transfer to manual service, verifies the identity of the customer, and confirms the binding (or termination) of the transaction with the Yangcheng Tong card number (8 digits) and mobile phone number.

Business rules

This function can be used by both contracted customers and non-contracted customers of Guangdong Branch's telephone banking.

The document types supported by this function include resident ID card, military officer's card and family photo (including China family photo and foreign family photo).

The types of accounts that can be bundled and signed include: current all-in-one account in local and foreign currencies, cartoon account in dragon card, wealth management card account and quasi-credit card. For the wealth management card account system, the current sub-account is a customized account by default.

A bank account can bind up to 4 Yangchengtong accounts.

A Yangchengtong account can only be bound to one bank account. If you need to change the binding bank account, you must cancel the contract and re-apply for the binding contract.

If the same account is bound with different ID cards to sign different Yangchengtong accounts, the ID card type and ID number entered must be the information of signing for the first time.

After the successful signing of Yangchengtong account bundle, Yangchengtong card can be recharged through the designated terminal, and the funds will be directly deducted from the bundled bank account. You can recharge once a day, and the amount of each recharge is 50 yuan by default.

To apply for a new bank card, it depends on whether the card fee is charged or automatically deducted. Generally, you have to save money if you want to use a card, unless it is a credit card.
