2. Select "1"-activate the credit card.

3. Enter the credit card number and press "#" to finish;

4. Enter the ID number and press "#" to end;

5. Enter the credit card CVV2 code (the last three digits of the credit card signature column), and then press "#" to end.

6. Set the transaction password and inquiry password according to the voice prompt.

If you want to activate the credit card on the counter of the bank outlet, you need the cardholder's valid ID card, but you don't need the original ID card. You can activate the credit card directly through the customer service phone according to the above process.
