1. Individual customers:
(1)ETC prepaid card: Bring my valid ID card, driving license and my credit card (if you don't have a credit card, you can go to the Bank of China outlet). If the credit card holder and the driving license owner are not the same customer, the credit card holder and the driving license owner must be present at the same time before processing.
(2)ETC stored-value card: Bring my valid ID card and driving license and apply for Anhui transportation card. The agent must also provide valid identification of the owner. The account name is the owner's name on the driving license, and the customer information must be consistent with the driving license.
2. Corporate customers:
(1)ETC prepaid card is bound to the enterprise account: the handler must carry the business license (three in one), a copy of the institution's legal person registration certificate or valid certification documents of customers in other industries, a copy of the legal person's ID card, the original and photocopy of the vehicle driving license, and the original and photocopy of the authorized handler's ID card. All the above materials must be stamped with the official seal of the company and fill in the relevant application form (signature/signature of authorized signatory, official seal of the company and financial seal).
(2)ETC charge card is bound to credit card: if the charge card in the name of the company is bound to a personal credit card, the cardholder must be an on-the-job employee of the company. The handler must hold the consent signed by the credit card holder and a copy of the valid ID card.
3.OBU application: One-stop outlets of China Bank ETC can activate the installation of OBU electronic tags, and OBU equipment can be replaced free of charge during the warranty period (3 years).
