2. Materials for credit card application from Bank of Communications:

(1) Identity documents

Residents in China: second-generation ID card, military ID card, armed police card

Hong Kong, Macao and residents: Mainland Travel Permit for residents of Hong Kong and Macao

Taiwan residents: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan compatriots

(2) Employment certification documents

Any one of the following employment certification documents:

Pre-printed with employment certificate Copies of the work permit, employment pass, pass and name badge with the name of the unit and the name of the employee

Original business card pre-printed with the name of the unit and the name of the employee

The unit within the past 3 months The original work certificate issued shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit, the seal of the human resources department, the financial seal or the trade union seal, and the date of issuance shall be indicated.

Copy of the teacher appointment letter issued by the State Education Commission or the school within the last year (applicable to teachers)

Copy of registered physician’s practicing certificate (applicable to doctors)

Pre-printed medical insurance list with the name of the unit and the names of employees, printed within the last month, including the word medical insurance, the customer's name, the name of the unit, and the payment record should be displayed on a one-page attachment

Note: If you are a private owner , you need to provide a copy of the business license containing the name of the registrant, the name of the unit and the date of business start, and there is no need to provide the above work certification documents.

(3) Income certification documents?

Any one of the following income certification documents:

Salary slip for any month in the last 3 months (if The salary slip does not show the name of the unit, and the original copy is required)

A copy of the bank statement/passbook showing the applicant’s name and salary income in any month within the last 3 consecutive months

Most recent The original salary certificate issued in the name of the unit within 3 months and stamped with the official seal of the unit, the seal of the human resources department, the seal of the finance department, or the seal of the trade union, with the date of issuance indicated.

Copy of any personal income tax bill within the last 12 months

(4) Credit card certification documents

Copies of the front of credit cards from other domestic banks

(5) Documents proving financial resources

Copies of any of the following supporting documents:

The real estate certificate in the applicant’s name, or a house purchase contract, or a house pre-sale contract , or mortgage contract, or formal house purchase invoice

The original vehicle driving license in the applicant’s name, the model must be a sedan, and the purpose must be non-operational.

(6) Proof of residence

Copies of utility bills (including water, electricity, gas, landline or mobile phone, etc.) for any month in the last 3 months in the applicant’s name

Copies of bank, securities, insurance, fund, etc. statements for any month in the last three months.

Household register, driver's license, real estate certificate, social security card, house purchase contract, housing loan contract, copy of house purchase invoice, etc. showing the applicant's current residential address.

Copy of the rental contract, within the validity period of the contract.

ID card (billing address must be consistent with the ID card address)
