The arbitration acceptance fee standard is 20 yuan with less than 3 persons, 30 yuan with 4-9 persons,/kloc-50 yuan with more than 0/0 persons for collective labor dispute cases. The acceptance fee shall be paid in advance by the complainant within 5 days after receiving the notice of acceptance from the Arbitration Commission. The handling fee includes travel expenses, inspection fees, appraisal fees, witness lost time, and document and list printing fees.
