3. Customer Service Hotline: Call the customer service hotline at 400-820-0588 with the mobile phone number reserved by the bank, and select the "Card Opening and Password Service" menu according to the prompts.

Tips: If the card number has not changed due to card replacement or damaged card replacement, in addition to the above card opening methods, you can also directly open the card through the following channels:

(1) Wechat follows the official account of "China Construction Bank" and binds the credit card. Click on the menu "Credit Card-More Services-Card Activation" below.
