The specific cancellation method is as follows:

1. First, open the mobile APP Qilu Tong and enter the home page.

2. On the homepage of Qilu Tong APP, find the ETC business hall and click Enter.

3. In the business hall interface, find the equipment cancellation and click Enter.

4. Select whether there is equipment logout or no equipment logout.

5. Select the cancellation type, enter the license plate number, and if it is a mailing device, enter the single number.

6. When the status is displayed successfully, you can log off to prove that it has been submitted.
