Quasi-credit cards require cardholders to pay a certain amount of petty cash. If the reserve fund is insufficient, it can be overdrawn within the credit line, but interest will be charged from the date of overdraft.
Users usually use quasi-credit cards to spend, and shall not exceed their personal burden. If they can't return it on time in the future, they will pay a penalty interest. And after overdue repayment, the bank will upload it to the credit information center.
