A credit card organization, referred to as a card organization, is an international or regional card issuing organization composed of members. It authorizes members to issue cards, accept card transactions from merchants, and own and operate its own international regional processing network. Diners Club Co., Ltd. (DinersClub)

JCB Japan International Credit Card Co., Ltd. (JCB)

These are five Professional credit card company. There are also regional credit card organizations in various places, such as European EUROPAY, China UnionPay, Taiwan United Credit Card Center, etc.
