Bank of Communications will send a card replacement notice to the cardholder before the credit card expires, or the cardholder can call Bank of Communications to request a card replacement before the credit card expires. The longest service life of credit card replacement can be marked on the card surface in units of the end of the month.

If the cardholder does not want to use the credit card after it expires, the cardholder can sign the receipt without changing the card and send it back to the bank within the specified time. Bank of Communications will stop replacing the new card, and the card will be automatically cancelled when it expires.

Secondly, after receiving the cardholder's request for card replacement, Bank of Communications will issue a new card to the cardholder, and the cardholder can use the old card after activating the new card. Generally, it will be invalidated automatically, and some banks of communications will require cardholders to cancel.
