(1) SMS cancellation: use the contracted mobile phone to edit the "last four digits of QXTZ# account" and send it to the account change notification service corresponding to the cancellation of 95533. Please don't include other character information or text description in the short message.

(2) Cancellation of mobile banking: log in to mobile banking, enter "message service customization" in the search box at the top of the home page to search, click the corresponding function menu in the search results, then select the "+"sign in the upper right corner of the page to enter the "savings account change notice" menu, and follow the page prompts to select the corresponding account change notice service to operate.

2. Cancel the credit card "Anxin Longka" service: Please log in to the mobile banking, enter "Anxin Longka" in the search box at the top of the homepage to search, and click the corresponding function menu in the search results to operate; If you want to cancel the "Longka Peace of Mind Edition", please dial 95533 and press the # key, then follow the voice prompts and select "3 Credit Card Service" in turn, and then verify your identity according to the prompts to enter the manual service. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of customers' funds and the experience of using the card, CCB Credit Card will send important business reminder messages to customers, which cannot be cancelled.
