The cardholder has not activated the credit card account within the validity period of the credit card, and China Bank does not provide card replacement service; In addition, Bank of China has the right not to provide card replacement service due according to the evaluation results of the cardholder's historical card use records; The cardholder's credit card debt will not change or disappear due to the expiration of the card validity period, card replacement and other reasons; For renewal customers, Bank of China will mail the new card to the cardholder's billing address before the credit card expires. After the new card is activated, the old card becomes invalid, and its account information, including transaction records, points and limit status, is transferred to the new card.
