When the height restriction order meets the conditions for being lifted, the time it takes for the court to process the height restriction order is generally within 3 working days. The People's Court's height limit order is generally issued because the executor fails to perform the obligation of the effective judgment on time, mainly to prevent the debtor from excessive consumption. If the person subject to execution fails to perform the obligations specified in the legal document, the people's court may take measures against him or notify relevant units to assist him in restricting the person's exit from the country, record the information in the credit reporting system, publish information about non-fulfillment of obligations through the media, and other measures prescribed by law.

The high-price limit is aimed at individuals’ high consumption for non-production and business purposes. If the purchase of high-end equipment is required for production and operation, the price limit is not subject to the high-price limit. However, it is also necessary to make an application to the court stating the product purchased and its purpose. There is another exception to this: if a height limit order is issued to a unit, the leaders of the unit and relevant responsible persons are also subject to consumption restrictions.

Consequences for dishonest persons subject to execution

1. Untrustworthy persons subject to execution are not allowed to hold high-level positions: Anyone who has the ability to repay but refuses to repay all or part of the due debts will be punished by all parties across the country. Natural persons listed on the list of dishonest persons subject to execution by the people's court at the level of the People's Court will be subject to credit punishment. You are not allowed to serve as the legal representative, director, supervisor or senior manager of any company within the National Federation.

2. High consumption is prohibited: Those subject to enforcement for breach of trust will not be able to spend money in five-star or above hotels, hotels, high-end clubs and other places. Restrictions on boarding, taking cars, and traveling: Those who have breached their trust are not allowed to purchase air tickets, soft sleepers on trains, and seats above second class on ships; in addition, they are not allowed to buy private cars, even if they are in their name. If you already have a car, your vehicle will be temporarily impounded if you drive on the expressway.
