Bank of China Jiangsu ETC blacklist management:
1. The ETC card will be blacklisted in the following situations:
(1) Bank of China bound to the ETC card Abnormalities occurred in the credit/debit card status and corporate account status.
(2) The Bank of China credit card/debit card account status bound to the ETC card is abnormal, including account overdue, etc.
(3) Once the ETC card is reported lost or canceled, it will be blacklisted.
2. ETC cards under the following circumstances can be removed from the blacklist:
(1) After the cardholder’s account is overdue, the debt must be paid off in a timely manner. Bank of China credit card/debit card The account status has returned to normal.
(2) The Bank of China credit/debit card account and corporate account status are restored to normal after being abnormal.
(3) The card is replaced when it expires, and the credit card status returns to normal after the card is activated.
(4) If the ETC card is blacklisted due to Bank of China credit/debit card reasons, the ETC card will be blacklisted after the ETC card is rebind to a normal credit card or after the original credit card status and account status return to normal. Also returned to normal.
(5) After the ETC card is cancelled, the ETC card cannot be restored from the blacklist.
