If an emergency card replacement service is required, an emergency card issuance fee will be charged, and the new card can be collected within 1-3 working days. There are charging standards for Guangfa Bank credit card replacement. Users need to pay a reissue fee when replacing their cards. If express delivery is required, they also need to pay an express handling fee. The express handling fee is charged based on the number of transactions. The charging standard is RMB20/USD3/HKD25 (Platinum). Card, Unlimited Card/World Card are exempt from express handling fees).
