If it is a CMB credit card, please specify what kind of replacement card you are applying for. If you report the loss, replace the card or damage it, apply by phone and mail the card to you without going to the counter.

If you don't have a professional version, you can download and open the Pocket Life APP, and modify it in "Card * Finance-Data Management": send personal information such as address, mobile phone number, certificate information and emergency contact, or call our customer service hotline-enter the account opening certificate number #-and the system will enter the verification process -9, and modify it after you verify your identity.
