Personally, I don't think the job of telephone toll collector is easy. This job is challenging and stressful, which requires sensitivity, endurance and the ability to work under pressure. Some positions require strong English conversation skills. The job is to call customers who owe money to remind them to pay, analyze and record the repayment situation of borrowers in different situations, and formulate collection strategies.
