1. Log in to online banking, and click "Add Points" to enter the points online mall;
2. Search for goods: Search for goods by entering the name or keyword of the gift. Select the gift category, points range or redemption method in the search bar, then enter the product name or keyword in the content bar, and click the "Search" button to search out all qualified products.
3. Join the redemption basket: After selecting the product, click the name or picture of the gift to enter the product details page. On the product details page, select the redemption method (points or points plus cash), select "Purchase Quantity", click the "Add to Redemption Basket" button, and then click the selected product to add it to the Redemption Basket.
4. Use the exchange basket: After clicking "There are n kinds of goods in your exchange basket" at the top right of the page, you can change the exchange quantity and "delete" the goods in the exchange basket.
5. Submit the order: After confirming that the details of the order are correct, please read it carefully and tick "I have read it carefully and fully agree to accept the terms and conditions of CITIC Credit Card points redemption", and then click the "Redeem Now" button to submit the order.
6. Confirm the order and receiving information: after the order is submitted, the receiving address confirmation interface will appear. You can choose a billing address or add a receiving address to sign for it. Confirm that the order information is correct again, and click "Confirm Order" to enter the next step.
7. Select the credit card to be redeemed. After checking the information, click "Confirm No Error, Redeem". If you need to modify, click "Back to the previous step" to return to the previous page and re-operate.
