The credit card needs to be activated before it can be used. You can choose the following methods for activation:
1. Self-service activation by phone: Use the home phone or mobile phone reserved when applying for the card to call the credit card customer service Hotline 4006695599, just follow the voice prompts. Currently, only self-service activation of ID card-type accounts is supported.
2. Manual activation by phone: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 in person and transfer to manual service. After verifying the information, the card can be activated.
3. Activation at the counter: The cardholder himself brings the card and the certificate used for application to the branch to activate.
4. Palm Bank activation: Select "Credit Card" - "Settings" - "Card Activation".
5. Online banking activation:
(1) Fashion version users: Select "Credit Card"->"Settings" and click the activation button.
(2) Classic version users: Log in to personal online banking, click "Return to Classic Edition" in the upper left corner of the page, select "Credit Card"-gt; "Card Management"-gt; "Credit Card Activation".
