If you hold a dual-label card of Bank of China UnionPay and an international organization, you can use the card to make purchases at domestic UnionPay channels and overseas international organizations. If you only hold a single-label foreign currency card of an international organization, you are temporarily unable to make purchases within the country. Consumption can be used through overseas international organizations.
