When applying for China Merchants Credit Card, it is not allowed to fill in the form of married or unmarried, because the bank will inquire about personal credit information. If you fill in the wrong form, it will be unfavorable to apply for a credit card. Speaking of loans, it is estimated that you have to run to the Civil Affairs Bureau to issue an unmarried certificate to change your marital status in the credit information system.

Generally speaking, the documents and materials required to apply for a credit card are as follows:

Identity documents of mainland residents aged 1, 18 -65.

Domestic residents: a copy of the applicant's identity certificate or military officer's card.

Overseas residents: (Both A and B must be provided)

1. Hong Kong and Macao residents shall provide copies of their return certificates, Taiwan Province residents shall provide copies of their passports, and other foreigners shall provide copies of their passports.

B. copy of domestic residence permit or temporary residence permit.

2. Work certificate and income certificate.

A. Work certificate: copy of work permit or work identity certificate or original work certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit.

B proof of income: the last three months' payroll record issued by the bank (copy of the payroll card statement) or the copy of the personal income tax withholding certificate or the original proof of income issued by the unit.

Article 22 of the Measures for the Administration of Credit Card Business stipulates that special units shall not refuse to accept valid credit cards issued by contracted banks legally held by cardholders.

Marriage Law Article 24 During the marriage relationship, if a creditor claims rights to the debts incurred by one spouse in his own name, it shall be treated as joint debts of the husband and wife. However, unless one of the spouses can prove that the creditor and the debtor clearly agreed to be personal debts, or can prove that it belongs to the circumstances stipulated in the third paragraph of Article 19 of the Marriage Law.
