1. When CCB's credit card is about to expire, the bank will take the initiative to apply for a new card for users. If the card has been activated, renew the card actively two months before the card expires (except for those with abnormal card conditions); If the card has not been activated, please activate the card as soon as possible two months before the card expires, otherwise the bank will think that the user no longer needs the credit card, so it will not provide card replacement service.

2. After CCB's credit card expires and is replaced with a new card, the bank will send the new card to the billing address. After receiving the new card, it can be used after activation. At the same time, the old card will be invalid. Please cut and destroy the old card as soon as possible.

3. If the billing address changes, please change the billing address through the "Credit Card-Credit Card Management-Personal Information" menu of mobile banking at least 3 months before the card expires.
