The handling fee for overseas cash withdrawal is 3% of each cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum charge of US$ 3 or 30 yuan RMB (except for cards with special provisions).

It should be noted that there is no interest-free period for China Merchants Bank's credit card withdrawal. From the date of withdrawal to the date of settlement, interest will be charged at the daily rate of 0.5 ‰, and compound interest will be calculated monthly.
