1, the current balance of debit cards of other banks is insufficient or the transfer-out is limited;

2. When debit cards from other banks are used to deduct money, the total amount of outstanding local and foreign currency bills in the current period is greater than all bank limits (BOC, ICBC, CCB, China Everbright and Xingye are limited to 50,000, China Merchants Bank is limited to 500,000, Agricultural Bank of China is limited to 20,000, and postal savings is limited to 5,000).
