After a Ping An Bank credit card holder submits a credit card cancellation application to the Ping An Bank Credit Card Center, the staff of the Credit Card Center will perform the card cancellation operation after checking that there is no debt or balance on the credit card. However, some information of this credit card will still be retained in the system, and the retention period is usually forty-five days. If the cardholder has no other objections within these forty-five days, Ping An Bank will automatically clear all the information on this credit card after forty-five days.
