Credit cards can't provide their own location, so they can't be located, so banks can't find people near your hometown. Unless someone steals your card to swipe it, you can know where to swipe it from the credit card record.

There are two ways to apply for a credit card:

1, bring your ID card and materials specified by the bank (work certificate of the unit, bank card running water, etc.). Fill in the application form at the bank card;

2. Download the mobile banking APP and apply for a bank card on the app.
