No, you need to go to the bank to apply for thawing before you can use it normally.

If the bank card is frozen due to overdue interest, you can apply to the bank card opening bank for unfreezing after paying it off. The specific procedures are as follows:

1. On bank working days, the cardholder will bring his second-generation ID card and bank card to the bank outlet;

2. Fill in the bank card unfreezing application form;

3. The counter staff should go through the relevant formalities to confirm the reason for freezing;

4. The staff confirms whether the freezing reason has been handled;

5. After confirming that the cardholder has solved the reason for freezing, release the freezing;

6. Thawing is completed.

Note: bank card unfreezing needs to be handled by myself to avoid economic losses and cannot be replaced by others.
