Legal analysis: 1. Those so-called guarantee companies or intermediaries on the Internet that can apply for high-value credit cards with just an ID card and a small intermediary fee are basically scammers. There are really too many. Many people have been deceived!
2. All banks have not entrusted so-called intermediaries to apply for credit cards. If you do not meet the conditions for applying for a credit card, do not expect these intermediaries to provide you with false certification materials. Go to Apply for a large credit card. Once the bank discovers that there is false information during the credit card application process, it will not only freeze your credit card immediately, but also affect your credit record. And according to Article 196 of the Criminal Law, anyone who uses false materials to defraud a credit card is credit card fraud and is an illegal act!
3. There are also some intermediaries who take advantage of the rules to obtain credit cards in a short period of time. It is also illegal to increase your credit card limit within a certain period of time.
