China citizens and foreigners who have lived in the consular district for more than 6 months can submit their applications in person or through their agents at the Italian Visa Center (IVAC) from 8: 00 to 15: 00 from Monday to Friday, without making an appointment in advance. Applicants are advised to submit their applications at least 3 weeks before the departure date.

The Italian Embassy has entrusted the Italian Visa Center to receive the applicant's visa reservation application, so the applicant can entrust the visa application and make an appointment for an interview. During the interview, the applicant should bring the original application materials to the Italian embassy for interview questions and answers, and usually get the visa results about 7 working days after the interview.

Step 1. Obtain application materials

Step two. Prepare materials

Materials required for Italian business visa

1, passport

Specific requirements: 1), the dispatch letter should be printed on the formal stationery of the applicant's unit, stamped with the official seal of the unit and signed by the person in charge (indicating the position of the person in charge).

2) The dispatch letter shall reflect the name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of the applicant's unit in Chinese and English.

3) The dispatch letter should include the applicant's name, gender, date of birth, passport number, annual income, inviting company, purpose of visit, departure date, stay time, etc. , and indicate that the applicant will return to China on schedule.

4) Multiple applicants from the same company should be printed on the same letter in the form of a list.

5) If you can't provide a complete and accurate letter, please prepare 4 blank company stationery and affix the official seal of the company.

6) The letter of dispatch should be printed in English (except for special requirements of some countries), and the original should be provided to the embassy, which will not return it.

Business cards, business visas also need two business cards.

8. Proof of funds

Specific requirements: 1), original statement of credit card or traveler's check for three months, and staying in Schengen countries for at least 50 euros per day.

2) Proof of assets involved such as payroll, running water, real estate and automobiles.

9. Other information

Specific requirements: 1), the whole hotel order during Italy or Schengen.

3) European medical insurance of 30,000 euros, including emergency hospitalization and return expenses (insurance designated by Schengen countries must be purchased).

Step three. Submission of materials

You don't need to make an appointment in advance, and you can submit materials directly to the visa center during working hours.

Applicants who apply for a Schengen visa for the first time need to submit materials in person at the visa center and record their fingerprints on the spot. If they go to other EU countries within five years, they don't need to record their fingerprints.

China is allowed to apply for a visa to Italy and submit the visa application at the nearest consulate, which will no longer be based on the applicant's household registration or temporary residence permit.
