Telephone loss reporting is only an emergency loss reporting to ensure the safety of the account (temporary loss reporting is valid for 7 days, and you can continue to call to report the loss after the expiration);
You also need to go to the bank business hall to formally report the loss;
The bank card can be reissued within 7 days after it is officially reported lost. Lost in different places can only be reissued at the account opening place. The new card must be reissued at any local business hall with the ID card;
It costs money to reissue a new card, and the new card number is different from the previous one.
Summary: You can reissue the card, but you cannot reissue the original card number.
