Jiangsu Jiangnan Bank, the full name of Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank, was established on December 31, 2009. It was approved by the State Council and approved by the former China Banking Regulatory Commission, and was initiated by the merger of five original rural small and medium-sized financial institutions in Changzhou. The first prefecture-level joint-stock rural commercial bank in the country was established.
