Method 1 (Online Banking Settings): After logging in to online banking, select Customer Service → Modify Bill Receipt Method (only once a day).
Method 2 (Express Online Banking Settings): After logging in to Express Online Banking (link /citiccard/online/), select Personal Settings → Set Bill Receipt Method.
Method 3 (SMS setting): Edit SMS with mobile phone registered in CITIC: ZDS2, and send it to 106980095558. (Only mail bills can be set)
Method 4 (telephone setting): dial the customer service hotline with the mobile phone or residential telephone number registered in CITIC for self-service voice setting.
