Parents hold the primary card, and children studying abroad hold secondary cards. Parents can also keep track of their children’s credit card usage at home.

The primary and secondary cards*** use the same account, and the annual credit card fee is waived for secondary cards applied by college and technical secondary school students. Parents have not sent money to their children for a while, and their children who are studying abroad can use their cards to make overdrafts or withdraw cash. If parents at home are worried about their children spending a lot of money outside and maliciously overdraft, they can also set a maximum single cash withdrawal limit, a single maximum consumption limit, and a maximum overdraft limit for the secondary card held by their children.
