The first step is to enter the website of ICBC Beijing Branch (www.bj.icbc.com.cn) and select "Credit Card Services" in the middle.

In the second step, select "Apply for Peony Transportation Card" in the upper left corner and enter.

The third step is to select the "Transportation Card Online Appointment and Card Replacement" service in the upper left corner. (New applicants can also choose the first one: New Drivers Apply for a Peony Transportation Card)

The fourth step is to fill in each option one by one.

Finally, when choosing an address to pick up the card, just choose an address that is convenient for you.
