(1) Log in to online banking and click "Account Management"-"Billing Inquiry" to reissue the bills for the last 3-12 months.

(2) Call the credit card customer service hotline, verify your identity, and then transfer to manual service to reissue the bill for the last 12 months.

2. Ways to reissue paper bills: Call the credit card customer service hotline and transfer to manual service, and you can reissue bills for the last 3-12 months. (Student card customers don't have paper bills).
